RV Park and Guest Hotel Cancellation Policy

 We hope that you never have to cancel your stay, but if you do, here is what you can expect:
               RV Park

• If you cancel and can give us at least a week's notice before your scheduled arrival, we will refund the amount billed less a $20 cancellation fee.
• If we receive your cancellation 3 to 6 days before your scheduled arrival, you will not receive a refund for the first night plus applicable taxes and booking fees already charged to your card.
• If we receive your cancellation within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival, you are subject to owning 1/2 of the original reservation including taxes and booking fees.
• Reservations not checked in by 10am the morning following your scheduled arrival date will be released without refund.  You are subject to owing the entire balance of original booking if we do not hear from you.
• Refunds will not be issued for early departures.
• Refunds will not be issued for bad weather, bugs, or other naturally occurring conditions. RV Camping is an outdoor activity. 

               Motel and Cabins

• If you cancel and can give us at least a 72 hour notice before your scheduled arrival, we will refund the amount billed less a $30 cancellation fee.
• If we receive your cancellation within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival, we will refund the amount billed less a $40 cancellation fee.
• Reservations not checked in by 10am the morning following your scheduled arrival date will be released without refund.  You are subject to owing the entire balance of original booking if we do not hear from you.
• Refunds will not be issued for early departures.
• Refunds will not be issued for bad weather, bugs, or other naturally occurring conditions. 

 At time of Booking, you will be asked to sign the following: 

• By signing the below, for payments made by credit card, guest(s) agrees to pay the above total amount according to the card issuer agreement and authorize any previously charged amounts.
• By signing below, guest(s) agrees to hold harmless the property, its agents, and affiliates for any damage, injury, death, or acts of nature that may occur from use or occupation of the property. Use of property amenities and facilities are used solely at the discretion and risk of the guest(s) and the property is not liable for misuse of amenities resulting in any damage or injury.
• By signing below, guest(s) acknowledges that they have read and agree to adhere to the property rules and regulations. Guest(s) understand that rules and regulations apply to all members or visitors of their party, and not adhering to the rules and regulations may result in the party being asked to vacate the property without a refund. Leisure Resort is privately owned and operated and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
• By signing the below, guest(s) acknowledges that no refunds will be given for early departures or acts of nature.
• By signing the below, guest(s) agree to pay for all damages or additional cleaning fees.
