We hope that you never have to cancel your stay, but if you do, here is what you can expect:
 

At Mountain View RV Park & Guest Motel, we do our best to provide a fair and consistent reservation policy for all guests. Please review the following terms before booking.

A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

The first night deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance for your RV stay is due at check-in.

If you cancel your RV reservation prior to arrival, no additional charges will be made beyond the non-refundable first night deposit.

Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled arrival date and do not notify us will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be canceled. The first night deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit, less a $10 processing fee.

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the first night’s stay.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival, as well as no-shows, will result in the full reservation amount being charged.

Reservations made for festivals, holiday weekends, and other special events may require full payment at the time of booking.

These reservations may be subject to stricter cancellation terms and may be non-refundable within 14 days of arrival.

Specific event-related terms, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of booking.

We do not offer refunds for early departures, shortened stays, or unused nights.

Changes to reservation dates may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and are subject to the policies listed above.

Mountain View RV Park & Guest Motel does not provide refunds due to weather, road conditions, or other travel-related issues beyond our control.

By making a reservation with Mountain View RV Park & Guest Motel, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation policies.

 At time of Booking, you will be asked to sign the following: 

• By signing the below, for payments made by credit card, guest(s) agrees to pay the above total amount according to the card issuer agreement and authorize any previously charged amounts.
• By signing below, guest(s) agrees to hold harmless the property, its agents, and affiliates for any damage, injury, death, or acts of nature that may occur from use or occupation of the property. Use of property amenities and facilities are used solely at the discretion and risk of the guest(s) and the property is not liable for misuse of amenities resulting in any damage or injury.
• By signing below, guest(s) acknowledges that they have read and agree to adhere to the property rules and regulations. Guest(s) understand that rules and regulations apply to all members or visitors of their party, and not adhering to the rules and regulations may result in the party being asked to vacate the property without a refund. Leisure Resort is privately owned and operated and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
• By signing the below, guest(s) acknowledges that no refunds will be given for early departures or acts of nature.
• By signing the below, guest(s) agree to pay for all damages or additional cleaning fees.
